The words “thank you” are not enough to say how much we appreciate what the staff has done for my husband Benny and me.

The PT and OT staffs have performed a miracle. Ben was determined to walk and worked very hard with the staff. Deb and Carla worked with him hard and he realizes it was a necessity for him to get to where he is now, and he is very grateful.

The nurses and aides who helped him through this ordeal were angels. They are excellent care-givers. There are none better.

There are many rehab facilities in the area and Worcester, but none of them can measure up to Countryside Health Care of Milford. You are the BEST of the best, and we will be eternally grateful to you God Bless You All.

My rehabilitation consisted of Physical Occupational and Speech Therapy. The program was intense and consistently handled by the staff who were not only professional but kind, concerned and thoughtful. They made me feel comfortable and confident of my progress.

I would not hesitate to recommend your facility to anyone. Anytime I had a question or problem there was always someone ready to help with whatever the problem was.

Also — I was really impressed with the food.

Everyone is so nice and tries to help everyone. It would be a much better world for the elderly if everyone would try as hard as your staff. I thank all of you for what you did for me.

I appreciated the kindness of all of you, and have been telling my friends about the good food, good care and all the nice people who make it a very special place. I also enjoyed talking with you and I felt a homey atmosphere, which made my stay pleasant.

Of course I am hoping to stay well as long as possible, but if and when the time comes that I needed care, Countryside Health Care of Milford would be my choice.

We wanted to send along this note to thank everyone at Countryside Health Care of Milford for the wonderful care given to our mother while she was in rehab recently. Everyone we spoke to from Michelle, nursing staff, and activity staff, were very good to work with and talk to. Once mom realized that she needed to be there to recoup, she seemed to adjust well and had nothing but good things to say about everyone who cared for her.

Just a note to thank you for the great care you gave me while I was recovering from my surgery.

Before my surgery I told Dr. Cares that I wanted to go home after surgery, but if I have to go to rehabilitation I would like to go to Countryside Health Care of Milford. One of the reasons I chose your establishment was my brother-in-law George Caffareli was a resident at your facility. My husband and I saw how good you took care of him and he was happy there.

I was very pleased with my stay. Everyone was very friendly, competent and eager to ensure my needs were being addressed. I cannot say enough about the physical therapists, they taught me exercises that enabled me to become self-sufficient.

It is without hesitation that I would recommend Countryside Health Care of Milford to anyone in need of rehabilitation. If I am ever in need, and I hope I am not, of your services again I will look forward to my stay.

Just a short note to let you know how much I appreciated the excellent care I received while a patient in room 511. The nurses Michelle on days and Kathie on nights were fantastic. They were so helpful and kind. Also, the ones who filled in on their days off were great. Even all the helpers, aides, and even the housekeepers were all friendly and nice. You are so lucky to have such great help.

Thanks again to everyone for being so nice and helpful. I’m sure it made my stay much shorter.

I just wanted to write a quick note to express my sincere gratitude for all of the wonderful care you have been giving to my mother. Dr. Dawn Pearson has given her extra time and concern in treating my mother. I can’t say enough about the nurses, assistants, therapists, and every staff member at Countryside Health Care of Milford. I just wanted you to know that everything is truely appreciated and I know how lucky I am to know my mother is in a safe, caring environment.

We would like to thank you for your kindness and help, You can just feel the love in the atmosphere coming in the building. All the staff greet you with a smile and goodness knows there is a lot of sadness around.
