We wanted to send along this note to thank everyone at Countryside Health Care of Milford for the wonderful care given to our mother while she was in rehab recently. Everyone we spoke to from Michelle, nursing staff, and activity staff, were very good to work with and talk to. Once mom realized that she needed to be there to recoup, she seemed to adjust well and had nothing but good things to say about everyone who cared for her.
Please pass this note along to the rest of the staff and let them know that we appreciate all that they did for mom during her stay.
